How to receive services
Our process for providing you with clothing and other resources is easily accessible and quick. Simply fill out the Google form linked here and your request will be sent to the store. Upon receiving your order, we will gather the inventory and prepare it for pickup. When your order is completed, a representative from The Giving Tree will reach out to the contact listed on the Google form to notify you of pickup times and/or delivery options.

How to Donate

We accept new and gently used clothing in sizes ranging from preemie to adult (XL). Shoes in these sizes can also be donated, along with new socks and underwear.

We accept new and gently used baby equipment and toys.
We also accept diapers, baby wipes, and formula. We also accept personal hygiene products like shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, etc.

Clothes with tears or stains
Toys with broken or missing parts
Baby equipment in disrepair
Used undergarments
The Giving Tree kindly asks that all donated clothing and equipment be new or gently used in excellent condition.
Donation drop off is by appointment only
How to volunteer
The Giving Tree welcomes the support of the community through volunteering. Prospective volunteers must complete a volunteer application* and an NC background check provided by The Giving Tree.
Some tasks that volunteers may be asked to complete include:
Hanging clothing
Organizing hygiene products, equipment, and toys
Filling order requests
Picking up donations
Delivering orders
